Burkert Type 8711 mass flow controllers is a compact instrument with which the mass flow of gases is regulated. They adjust a given flow rate in spite of everything of hindrance. The set flow rate irrespective of interference inter alia pressure drops or provisional flow resistance, arising, for example, from filter pollution. Temperature MEMS sensor, arranged directly in the gas stream, provides a very high reaction time. The Burkert direct-acting proportional valve as an actuator ensure high response responsiveness.
