Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact arrangement that control the mass flow of gases. They command the set flow rate regardless of hurdle for instance drop in pressure or interim flow resistance. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are united in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to maintain an expressly specified surplus temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Owing to the reality that the resistances are inclined straight away in the channel, the apparatus have superb dynamics: the time for reaction when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
