Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact devices that inspection the mass flow rate of gases. They regulation the set flow rate irrespective of hurdle including pressure drops or temporary flow resistance. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In that event, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are joined in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain a clearly defined surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Owing to the fact that the resistances are inclined directly in the channel, the apparatus have splendid dynamics: the time for reaction when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
