Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are succinct arrangement that control the mass flow rate of gases. They control the set flow velocity oblivious of interference for instance drop in pressure or interim flow resistance. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are united in an electric bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to maintain a clearly defined excess temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Due to the fact that the resistances are situated straight away in the channel, the devices have superb dynamics: the response time when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not polluted.
