Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact arrangement that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow rate nonetheless of obstruction for instance pressure drops or temporary resistance to flow. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Both resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are united in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. Due to the reality that the resistances are inclined directly in the channel, the apparatus have splendid dynamics: the time for reaction when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not polluted.
