Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are succinct devices that control the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow rate oblivious of interference including drop in pressure or provisional resistance to flow. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature difference. Both resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are united in an electric bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain an expressly specified excess temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Owing to the fact that the resistances are located at once in the channel, the devices have excellent dynamics: the response time when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
