Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are compact arrangement that inspection the mass flow rate of gases. They regulation the set flow velocity regardless of obstruction including pressure loss or temporary resistance to flow. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In that event, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electric bridge.
