Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are compact devices that control the mass flow of gases. They regulation the set flow velocity irrespective of hurdle for instance drop in pressure or temporary flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers).
