Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They command the set flow rate nonetheless of obstruction including drop in pressure or interim flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve.
