Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are succinct devices that control the mass flow of gases. They command the set flow rate irrespective of hurdle for instance pressure drops or temporary flow resistance. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In that event, the electrical thermal resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are joined in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain a clearly specified surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Due to the reality that the resistances are located at once in the channel, the apparatus have splendid dynamics: the response time when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
