The mass flow controller (MFC) Type 8712 is applying to control the mass flow rate of gas in large volumes. The MEMS temperature probe, installed direct in the gas flood, procure a very high time of reaction and response susceptibility. Type 8712 can be calibrated for two divers gases, among which the user can toggle the tool. Both electrical interfaces are available as standard analog signals, and the field bus. Burkert Type 8712 can be used in various sphere: burner management systems, heat treatment, covering various materials, etc. This regulator is appropriate for use in tough operating circumstances due to the high degree of protection of the IC.
