Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact arrangement that inspection the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow velocity regardless of interference such as pressure loss or interim flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In that event, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are joined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to maintain an expressly defined surplus temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Due to the reality that the resistances are disposed straight away in the channel, the devices have superb dynamics: the response time when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is practically not polluted.
