Burkert Type 8712 mass flow controllers is used to monitoring the mass flow of gas in large volumes. The MEMS temperature probe, installed directly in the gas stream, insure a considerable reaction time and response sensitivity. Type 8712 can be calibrated for two divers gases, among which the user can switch the tool. Both electrical interfaces are available as standard analog signals, and the field bus. Regulator 8712 can be used in different fields: burner control systems, heat treatment, covering various materials, etc. This regulator is suited for use in harsh operating circumstances due to the high degree of protection of the IC.
