The mass flow controller (MFC) Type 8712 is applying to control the mass flow rate of gas in big volumes. The MEMS temperature sensor, positioned right in the gas stream, provides a highly time of reaction and response tenderness. Type 8712 can be graded for two divers gases, among which the user can selector the instrument. Both electrical interfaces there are as standard analog signals, and the field bus.
