Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact arrangement that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow rate irrespective of obstruction for instance drop in pressure or temporary resistance to flow. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are joined in an electric bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to sustain a clearly specified excess temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Owing to the reality that the resistances are disposed directly in the channel, the instrument have superb dynamics: the response time when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
