Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are succinct devices that control the mass flow of gases. They regulation the set flow velocity oblivious of hurdle such as pressure drops or provisional flow resistance. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Due to the reality that the resistances are inclined straight away in the channel, the apparatus have excellent dynamics: the response time when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
