Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact arrangement that monitoring the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow rate regardless of interference including drop in pressure or provisional resistance to flow. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In that event, the electrical thermal resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation.
