Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact arrangement that control the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow velocity irrespective of obstruction including drop in pressure or interim flow resistance. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain an expressly defined surplus temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Due to the fact that the resistances are disposed at once in the channel, the devices have excellent dynamics: the time for reaction when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is practically not polluted.
