Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are succinct devices that monitoring the mass flow rate of gases. They control the set flow rate nonetheless of interference for instance drop in pressure or provisional resistance to flow. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electric bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. Owing to the fact that the resistances are inclined directly in the channel, the apparatus have superb dynamics: the response time when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is practically not polluted.
