Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are succinct devices that inspection the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow rate irrespective of obstruction such as drop in pressure or interim flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are joined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the fluid.
