Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact devices that inspection the mass flow rate of gases. They control the set flow velocity nonetheless of hurdle including pressure drops or provisional flow resistance. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are united in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain a clearly defined excess temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Due to the reality that the resistances are located directly in the channel, the apparatus have excellent dynamics: the time for reaction when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
