Mass Flow Meter ia a thermal sensor for deciding the mass flow rate of gas consist of a warming spiral and temperature probe. They are positioned both in the gas flow and outside it. A heating element increase the temperature of the gas, and temperature detector control the number of heat removed. The number of heat removed is a yardstick of the factual mass gas flow rate. If we look about the concept of mass flow, then namely mass, in other words the heft of the flowing medium. In this case, this is the weight of the gas passing through the device for a certain period of time. The using of Mass Flow Meters is most suitable where high precision and replicability are demanded, in other words during distillation, area handling or in fuel cell technique.
