Mass Flow Meters Burkert is a thermal sensor for determining the mass flow rate of gas compose of a heating spiral and temperature probe. They are installed both in the gas flow and outside it. A heating element raises the temperature of the gas, and temperature detector control the quantity of heat removed. The number of heat removed is a yardstick of the actual mass gas flow consumption. If we talk about the concept of mass flow, in that case it means mass, in other words the heft of the flowing milieu. In our particular case, this is the weight of the gas passing through the appliance for a determined period. The utilization of Mass Flow Meters is most suitable where high accuracy and replicability are demanded, in other words in course of distillation, surface handling or in fuel cell technique.
