Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact devices that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They regulation the set flow velocity irrespective of interference including drop in pressure or provisional resistance to flow. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are united in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain a clearly specified excess temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Due to the reality that the resistances are located straight away in the channel, the devices have superb dynamics: the response time when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
