Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are compact devices that inspection the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow rate regardless of hurdle including pressure drops or temporary flow resistance. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are combined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain a clearly specified surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Owing to the reality that the resistances are inclined directly in the channel, the apparatus have excellent dynamics: the response time when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
