Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that control the mass flow rate of gases. They regulation the set flow velocity irrespective of hurdle for instance drop in pressure or interim flow resistance. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In that event, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the fluid.
