Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact devices that control the mass flow of gases. They command the set flow rate oblivious of obstruction for example drop in pressure or interim resistance to flow. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are united in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to sustain an expressly specified surplus temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Due to the reality that the resistances are situated straight away in the channel, the apparatus have splendid dynamics: the response time when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
