Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are succinct arrangement that monitoring the mass flow rate of gases. They regulation the set flow rate regardless of hurdle for instance pressure loss or provisional resistance to flow. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Both resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to sustain a clearly defined surplus temperature relative to the temperature of thefluid. Owing to the fact that the resistances are located directly in the channel, the instrument have superb dynamics: the time for reaction when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
