Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are succinct arrangement that monitoring the mass flow rate of gases. They regulation the set flow rate regardless of hurdle for instance pressure loss or provisional resistance to flow. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In addition, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
