Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a little device by means of which the flow of sundry gases is regulated. They control the flow to a foreordained value, irrespective of hindrance such as pressure rise or short-term changes in flow resistance, for example, through contamination of the filter. Governors comprise the following elements: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a device for control. The set value is set using a unified signal or through one of the Fieldbus protocols. The signal value making adjustments in accordance with the set control deflection. The principle of temperature dimension ensures reliable operation of the regulator regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations.
