Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that control the mass flow rate of gases. They control the set flow rate nonetheless of hurdle for instance pressure loss or provisional flow resistance. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In that event, the electrical thermal resistance and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are combined in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain an expressly defined surplus temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Due to the fact that the resistances are situated directly in the channel, the instrument have excellent dynamics: the time for reaction when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
