Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are succinct devices that control the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow velocity regardless of interference such as drop in pressure or provisional flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are united in an electric bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain a clearly specified surplus temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Owing to the reality that the resistances are located straight away in the channel, the apparatus have splendid dynamics: the response time when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
