Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact arrangement that control the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow rate nonetheless of obstruction including drop in pressure or interim resistance to flow. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Both resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are combined in an electric bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain an expressly defined surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Owing to the fact that the resistances are disposed directly in the channel, the devices have excellent dynamics: the time for reaction when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is almost not polluted.
