Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that inspection the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow rate irrespective of obstruction including drop in pressure or provisional resistance to flow. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In that event, the electrical thermal resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are joined in an electrical bridge.
