The Mass Flow Controllers Burkert is a compacted arrangement with which the flow of varied gases is regulated. They monitoring the flow to an ordained value, regardless of interference such as pressure surges or interim changes in flow resistance, for instance, via filter contamination. Controller comprise the following elements: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a monitoring device. The desired value is set using a unified signal or via one of the Fieldbus protocols. The magnitude of the signal changes according to the set control deviation. The principle of temperature measurement ensures reliable operation of the regulator regardless of fluctuations pressure and temperature.
