The Mass Flow Controllers Burkert is a compact arrangement by means of which the flow of varied gases is regulated. They monitoring the flow to a predetermined value, regardless of disruption like pressure surges or short-term changes in flow resistance, for example, due to contamination of the filter. Regulators consist of the following items: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a control device. The set point is kit using a unified signal or through one of the Fieldbus protocols. The magnitude of the signal changes according to the set control deviation. The thermal dimension principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations.
