Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are succinct devices that control the mass flow rate of gases. They regulation the set flow velocity irrespective of interference for example drop in pressure or temporary resistance to flow. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are combined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain an expressly specified excess temperature relative to the temperature of thefluid. Due to the fact that the resistances are inclined at once in the channel, the apparatus have excellent dynamics: the response time when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is practically not polluted.
