Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a compact device by means of which the flow of different gases is regulated. They control the flow to a predetermined value, irrespective of obstruction like pressure escalation or provisional changes in flow resistance, for example, through contamination of the filter. Regulators consist of the following items: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a commensurate valve, as a control device. The preset value is set by using the unified signal or one of the protocols Fieldbus. The signal value changes in accordance with the set control deflection. The thermal measurement principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations.
