Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a compact device by means of which the flow of different gases is regulated. They control the flow to a predetermined value, irrespective of obstruction like pressure escalation or provisional changes in flow resistance, for example, through contamination of the filter. The thermal measurement principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations.
