Burkert Type 8711 is a compact device with which is regulated by the mass flow of gases. They control a given flow rate regardless of obstruction. The set flow rate irrespective of interference for instance pressure drops or interim flow resistance, resulting, for example, from filter pollution. The MEMS temperature sensor, located directly in the gas stream, provides a very high reaction time. The Burkert direct-acting proportional valve as an actuator provides tall reaction tenderness.
