Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are succinct devices that control the mass flow rate of gases. They control the set flow velocity oblivious of hurdle for example pressure loss or interim flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are united in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain a clearly defined surplus temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Due to the fact that the resistances are located at once in the channel, the devices have excellent dynamics: the response time when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
