Burkert Type 8712 mass flow controllers is utilized to control the mass flow rate of gas in great volumes. The MEMS temperature probe, installed direct in the gas flow, give a considerable time of reaction and response sensitivity. Type 8712 can be accurate to two different gases, between which the user can selector the device. Both electrical interfaces there are as standard analog signals, and the field bus.
