Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that control the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow velocity nonetheless of interference including pressure loss or provisional resistance to flow. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical thermal resistance and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are united in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to sustain a clearly specified excess temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Due to the reality that the resistances are located at once in the channel, the instrument have superb dynamics: the response time when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
