Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that inspection the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow velocity regardless of interference such as drop in pressure or interim resistance to flow. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In that event, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are united in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to sustain an expressly specified surplus temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Due to the fact that the resistances are situated directly in the channel, the apparatus have splendid dynamics: the time for reaction when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
