Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are succinct devices that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They command the set flow rate oblivious of obstruction for example pressure loss or temporary flow resistance. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are joined in an electric bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to maintain an expressly defined surplus temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Owing to the fact that the resistances are disposed at once in the channel, the instrument have superb dynamics: the response time when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not polluted.
