Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact arrangement that control the mass flow rate of gases. They regulation the set flow velocity regardless of interference such as drop in pressure or temporary resistance to flow. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In that event, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are united in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to sustain a clearly specified excess temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Due to the reality that the resistances are located directly in the channel, the apparatus have superb dynamics: the time for reaction when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
