Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are succinct arrangement that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow rate irrespective of interference such as pressure drops or interim resistance to flow. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In that event, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Both resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are united in an electrical bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain a clearly specified excess temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Owing to the fact that the resistances are situated directly in the channel, the instrument have splendid dynamics: the time for reaction when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
