Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a compacted device by means of which the flow of different gases is regulated. They monitoring the flow to a foreordained value, regardless of hindrance like pressure surges or provisional changes in flow resistance, for instance, through filter contamination. Regulators consist of the following constituents: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a commensurate valve, as a monitoring device. The set point is set using a unified signal or via one of the Fieldbus protocols. The signal value making adjustments in accordance with the set control deviation. The thermal measurement principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations.
