Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are succinct devices that inspection the mass flow rate of gases. They regulation the set flow velocity regardless of hurdle including drop in pressure or temporary flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers).
