Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact arrangement that control the mass flow rate of gases. They control the set flow velocity regardless of obstruction such as drop in pressure or temporary resistance to flow. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature difference. Both resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are combined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain a clearly specified excess temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Due to the reality that the resistances are inclined directly in the channel, the devices have superb dynamics: the time for reaction when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
