Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They regulation the set flow velocity irrespective of interference for example drop in pressure or temporary flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are joined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to sustain an expressly defined excess temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Owing to the fact that the resistances are situated at once in the channel, the apparatus have superb dynamics: the time for reaction when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
