The Mass Flow Controllers Burkert is a little arrangement with which the flow of sundry gases is regulated. They monitoring the flow to a predetermined value, regardless of obstruction like pressure escalation or provisional changes in flow resistance, for instance, through filter contamination. Governors comprise the following components: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a commensurate valve, as a device for control. The set point is kit using a unified signal or through one of the Fieldbus protocols. The magnitude of the signal changes according to the set control deviation. The thermal dimension principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations.
